园区概况

上海练塘工业园区位于上海市青浦区，这里是老一辈无产阶级革命家、中国共产党第一代领导人之一陈云同志的家乡，又是闻名遐尔的古镇，具有光荣的革命历史和深厚的文化底蕴。

改革开放以来，练塘镇以其良好的投资环境吸引了众多的海内外客商前来投资创业。创办于1992年的富民私营经济开发区，是华东地区的首家私营经济开发区，十年来，到开发区注册的各类企业已达5000余家，其“统一规划、成片开发、配套政策、优化服务、自主经营、综合管理”的民营经济开发经验，已成为指导民营开发区的“富民模式”。今天，练塘工业区正以其优越的环境、优惠的政策、优质的服务、优厚的回报迎接着更多创业者的到来。

上海练塘工业园区由青浦练塘镇人民政府主办，是集内资、外资等多种成分于一体的综合性工业园区，园区总规划面积为7平方公里，首期开发面积为2.2平方公里。

2004年上海练塘工业园区顺利通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证。2005年上海练塘工业园区荣获上海市质量与环境双优园区。

Overview

Located in Qingpu District of Shanghai,Shanghai Liantang Industrial Zone is a famous ancient town with rich cultural deposits and a glorious revolutionary history,where Chen Yun,the proletarian revolutionist pioneer and one of the first generation of CPC leaders,was born.

Since the reform and opening up,Liantang Town has attracted numerous investors home and abroad with its good investment environment.Fumin (means people-enriching in Chinese) Private Economic Development Zone,established in 1992 as the first one of same kind in East China,has accommodated over 5,000 enterprises in various trades in ten years.This development zone has become a "people-enriching model" to other private development zones with its experience and guidelines of "Unified planning,large-scaled development,appropriate policies,optimized services,self-operated and integrated management".Today,Liantang Industrial Zone is ready for more investors with its excellent environment,preferential policies,high-level services and big returns.

Shanghai Liantang Industrial Zone,sponsored by People's Government of Liantang Town,Qingpu District,is a comprehensive industrial zone suitable for both domestic and foreigh investments.The overall planning area of the Zone is 7 square kilometers,of which 2.2 square kilometers are for development Phase I.
